Excellent Job!! Will use again!!

I've had other cleaning services in the past. I interviewed other cleaning services recently. They seemed disinterested and did not lay out the specifics of what they would do the way Laura did. Their online reviews reflected exactly what I have heard from others. They either have a cleaning service they don't like, or don't have a cleaning service because they can't find one that does much.

Laura is responsive, professional, and easy to work with.
Her deep clean exceeded my expectations. The price really does reflect the effort and times spent cleaning. You really get what you pay for.

Laura lays out what will be cleaned in writing. You get exactly what Laura promises. She told me "they touch everything" (meaning they don't skip over areas because they "look clean"). I have found this to be true.

We have had an excellent experience with Clean Vibz Kzoo! Laura, the owner has been great to work with! Very professional, quick to respond to text messages and calls, always on time, friendly, hard working and always makes sure we are happy with the job she or one of her cleaners does. Gloriana, one of Laura’s cleaners, has been cleaning our house the last couple of months and I can highly recommend her too! She does a great job! i treated myself to a nice deep clean of my home back in april using Laura's company, and what a treat it was. She and her team were not only very professional but very kind and efficient. She is responsive and is very accommodating if you need to have your schedule moved around for a vacation or any other reason. I was so pleased I started using the standard clean option bi-weekly. Clean Vibz is amazing! They have been cleaning my home and office for years.....I recommend them to all my clients and of course, I wouldn't if they didn't do a wonderful job! Laura and her team always leave me with a spotless home....thats sometimes not easy to do with my two shedding Golden Retrievers. I am a current employee for Clean Vibez! This is a sole proprietorship. Laura is our only boss so she has a lot of responsibility some of her responsibilities are making sure we do our jobs correctly and efficiently. I believe Laura treats us all very equally. All while trying to manage a new born! Making the clients that she worked so hard to get happy. Making sure the clients homes are cleaned on the days they want to be cleaned and the times they want it done. Making sure she has all the supplies and staff she needs. Laura looks to see if you are working effectively, and if you are she gives raises left and right. Laura also pays for our lunch breaks, which not a lot of companies do. Laura gave me a extra 20$ last week for working so well and getting great feed back from her clients! She gives credit when credit is due! Cleaning isn’t a very easy job, but working for Clean Vibez...

Always great service, very friendly and professional. They get the house absolutely sparkling clean every time, and I'm picky, so that is saying a lot. Very accommodating and timely. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend!
