Rob was very professional when he came out to do the quote for an end of lease clean. Most places just have someone drop in, look around, stay silent then they SMS the quote without a lot in the way of explaining what's included. It was a different experience with Rob as he told us exactly what would be cleaned and left me feeling like they're going to do a good job and if there are any issues, they'll take care of them. I'm happy to say there was no need to fix any issues as the real estate was happy with the clean and gave me my full refund. Thank you Rob and your cleaners (Dinusha & Castro) for a job well done.

I am so happy I found them. I had a terrible experience with “clean my crib” on my move out clean that it ended in horror. My initial enquiry was responded to within 1 hour of sending, and a preliminary on site appointment immediately scheduled to assess how big of a job it was. They were on time for this assessment and gave a detailed run down of what would be done + quote. The pricing was adhered to, no sudden last minute charges, and payment was simple and straightforward (please note, it was cash only). The cleaned apartment now looks spotless and even areas I'd been worried about are completely taken care of.

It took me some time to find a real professional cleaning company, which is not an agency, but employs the same team of pro cleaners. Robert the owner, came to do an inspection for a quote and explained everything very well. I booked them both for the end of lease cleaning and for the beginning of the lease cleaning. The quality of the clean in the beginning of lease cleaning exceeded my expectations. I believe that the bond cleaning which I booked to take place later this week, will be done at least as well. The price is very reasonable for the quality.
