I am more than 100% satisfied with Classmaids' service. I think the best way to describe their service is honesty, efficiency and true cleanliness!
They cleaned the apartment I am renting before we moved in and they did a superb job. Honestly, it was above my expectations, as my experience with American cleaning companies wasn't always good. The apartment was heavily dirty, it had mold on different spots, stains, and the balcony, its sliding doors and shutters had dirt built-up from a long time ago. They were very very dirty. They arrived on time and Viktoria, the owner, came as well to talk to me and supervise the work. Boni and Terra were extremely kind and polite and they worked hard and literally only left when the service was done and the apartment was really sparkling clean. Viktoria made sure everything was spotless and was super kind. Christian, who talked to me on the phone and booked the service was also very kind and professional. I am already scheduling another maintenance service with them.
