Although this says it is from Jay it is actually from Caren, his wife. We have been using Cinderella Cleaners for over a year now and it has been a pleasure to work with them. Everyone I have talked to at the office is so nice and friendly and willing to work with our schedule for each cleaning time. It is always nice to talk to someone who is so pleasant. The thanks and praise continues going from the Office Staff to the lady who comes out once a month to clean our house. That is Marisol. We have been working with Cinderella Cleaners for many years. We love them! We have been fortunate to work with excellent staff who often stay with us as a consistent team (we appreciate this as I'm sure do they). We also appreciate the customer service that Aide and her team provide. We have recommended Cinderella Cleaners to many friends and hope to continue working with them and their tremendous staff for many years to come.

As a result of our schedule , we have had 3 different cleaners come to our home. They have all been excellent. They are flexible and professional. They all know what they are doing and are very pleasant. And I have even learned a few things from them that I will use in the off week in which we clean our own home. It is to use a dry soft mop to dry and polish the floor after washing it.

In the past year I became disabled and there are some things I used to do that I cannot now. I needed a deep cleaning and I tried another service but they didn't help with the things I needed. When Cinderella cleaners came I asked if they could clean my two windows from the inside and they said although they normally don't they would for me. Not only did they clean the windows but they did the blinds.
Within about a half an hour of the deep clean I could tell a difference in my apartment.
I was very pleased with the cleaning. The cleaners took items down to dust and they never told me they wouldn't do things. The other cleaning service I tried before Cinderella the one person that came walked in my apartment and immediately started by telling me all the things she didn't or wouldn't do.
