The Chubby Trout has become by far my go to place when I'm in the area for business. At this point I have had more than half of the menu items. Feel assured that no matter what you order it will be tasty and a good value. Make sure you check the specials, and the special ROLL of the month. Try some of their own beer (Fat Hop) and lastly TRY THE SUSHI ROLLS! Sushi Chef Gil has a nice selection that is always fresh. Fair warning, at times the wait for sushi can be a bit bit that's just more time to socialize and enjoy a beverage.
