Party of 12 service was great and food was as well!

I go here regularly when I come to Elkhart. Food is always good and this was no exception. Ate at the bar and the bartender was great. She was extremely busy but kept up with everyone’s meals and drinks as well as taking care of the restaurant diners drinks. She rocks.

Sushi and Caribbean chicken were amazing, edamame cheesecake cocktails all on point. Definitely going to be a regular.

Great food.....shrimp starter is to die for

Loved the coconut shrimp, sweet potato fries, and sauteed green beans! The bourbon beer was excellent as well. Great servers, and bar tender did a great job coming up with mixed drinks for us. Great time all around!

We took our daughter for her birthday at her request. Our server was Yesenia. She was amazing! The food was great, a little longer wait than we would have liked for the Sushi but they were packed so it was all good! Outstanding food and service! Thank you for helping make my daughter's birthday special!

My husband and I came across this restaurant earlier this year. We have fallen in love with Chubby Trout! The best Prime Rib you must try it. The drink list is pretty good as well. Save room for dessert or take it home!! So worth it the carrot cake, peanut butter pie, and chocolate cake was scrumptious!! Friendly staff, great weekly/monthly specials. We have tried multiple items and they have all been amazing!

The name cracks me up, but the atmosphere and food is really great. Best quality, fresh sushi in the area by far. LOVE their seafood alfredo pasta, but it hasn't been on the menu for a while. In spite of this, there is a tremendously good menu of delicious entries apps and a wide selection of craft beers and cocktails. If you haven't eaten at the chubby trout, do yourself a favor and head over there ASAP!

This place is worth the drive.. we started with the crab bisque absolutely outstanding. Amazing flavor in each bite.. I had the chubby trout which to my surprise was fantastic!! My husband had the fried perch.. again outstanding!! Worth’s the wait for flavorful food.. we will come again next time we’re here!!

Great beer from Far Hop Brewing Company to pair with great food from the Chubby Trout. A must stop in Elkhart.
