We love coming here. Absolutely wonderful service with great beer and food. We had Liz tonight for our server and gotta say she’s very attentive helpful and just overall fantastic.

Desiree was the best!

We came in on a whim on a Saturday. While I sure wish I could have ordered sushi (didn't have time to wait for it.) the veggie pasta worked out great. Desiree was a great server. Hubs had the prime rib and loved it. Next time, I'll make sure to get here with enough time to order sushi!

Desiree was the best part about Chubby Trout! The food was alright and the atmosphere was decent but Desiree blew us away! Bravo!

Nikki was an awesome waitress. Anything with the smoked prime rib is amazingly delicious. It always a stop when we are in Elkhart, Indiana!!

I don’t ever do this but this place was well worth the review. I’ve never been to an establishment quite like this. Two phenomenal guys rolling fresh sushi(some of the best I’ve ever had) tons of great beers, some their own, and a fabulous selection of Clase Azul and other spirits. Thank you Ashley aka Smash aka Kilian for the great hospitality. They also have two other restaurants I haven’t been to within a mile stretch of seafood isn’t your forte. I will be back and highly recommend if in the greater Elkhart area.

Fantastic all around experience.
