Amazing food, great staff and fun atmosphere. Something for everyone. From sushi to burgers. Vegetarian options, too. We are in town for a short time. We are going back again for dinner. The lunch sushi special is sweet! $14 for 2 rolls. We even left with some swag.

The Chubby Trout has become by far my go to place when I'm in the area for business. At this point I have had more than half of the menu items. Feel assured that no matter what you order it will be tasty and a good value. Make sure you check the specials, and the special ROLL of the month. Try some of their own beer (Fat Hop) and lastly TRY THE SUSHI ROLLS! Sushi Chef Gil has a nice selection that is always fresh. Fair warning, at times the wait for sushi can be a bit bit that's just more time to socialize and enjoy a beverage.

The food and service was fantastic! I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. The kids enjoyed their kids meals and my husband loved his sushi. They had something for everyone in our little family. 10/10 we will be back!

We like to patronize small privately owned restaurants. This was a wonderful experience!
So, where to begin… next to the food, our server Liz absolutely made the evening. From suggestions to service, she is top notch, we’ll definitely ask for her the next time we visit.
Now dinner was amazing. We started with the crab cakes and the side salad. The chunks of claw meat and seasoning, being pan seared just right then served with a whole grain aioli and lemon - literally melted in your mouth. The side salad was a beautiful array of greens with the right fresh vegetables to accompany . The dressings, made fresh, in house, complimented the sizable salad.
Entrees? Wow! We ordered the ‘Fishin’ off the Pier Favorites’ which included the ‘Chubby Trout’, lake perch, coconut shrimp. The rainbow trout had a basil shrimp stuffing with white wine dill buerre blanc sauce that...

Went here for lunch while truck was getting serviced. Had the pretzels and beer cheese and fried perch basket with fries and coleslaw for lunch. Everything was fantastic. 5 out of 5 stars. AB waited on me and is probably the best in the business. While I went straight for junk food, they had so many healthy options on their menu. Definitely recommend you give 'em a shot. They're great and I can't wait to go back.

Why didn’t I try this place before?!!!! Oh yea cause it’s always packed! And for good reason! Unbelievable tasty food fixed to perfection and the drinks were so good too. Good service & atmosphere. Will be back!

Everything was good, they were just a little backed up because it was a Friday night. Really enjoyed my steak!
