Professional service. The trout is delicious and the dessert is awesome.

On my top 3 of favorite sushi in ekhart-southbend area. Slightly over prices for what you get. But consistency is there! Service can be hit or miss as they are a very popular diner in the area and often busy at most hours. So keep that in mind. My opinion would be they are leading or on par with other suishi diners in the area just about 5-8$ a person higher then others. If your ok paying that tax. Chubby trout is your elkhart sushi spot. Ask for the Volcano Roll. It's a secret menu item and definitely worth it. A show and good eat!! And if you don't like sushi they have other American favorites available. Sweet potatoes fries are a always perfect!!

The server was knowledgeable on the food as well as specialty drinks. Food was amazing. Price was fair. Had a table of 14 and everyone was satisfied and spoke highly of the delicious food. Not one complaint!
