Wow. This place is busy for a reason! Worth the wait to get in. I had the rainbow trout and it blew my mind. I almost cried, it was so good.

They have fresh sushi made in house too, and a ton of draft beers on tap. Great service, especially considering how busy they were and how hot it was.

It was highly recommended to me by coworkers who had been there before. They had all loved their meal. The hotel staff strongly recommended it too.

A rustic-barn themed brewery serving American cuisine and Japanese-influenced sushi, Chubby Trout offered an amazing and refreshing experience in a city where quality service and food is very rare. All at an expected and reasonable price. Definitely returning to this hide-away gem and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great dine.

This place is a diamond in the rough of Elkhart, Indiana. The service was friendly, the beer selection was just as good, and the dish I ordered (chubby trout) was possibly one of the best seafood dishes I've ever experienced.
