Ribeye was like butter. Everything was delicious!!!

Cool atmosphere. One of our favorite date night places. Sushi is the best around. Mixed drinks are on point. Great beer selection too.

This was our 1st visit at the Chubby Trout Brewbarn & Eatery! My husband and I enjoyed the lake perch with baked potato, rice pilaf, and salad!🥗

My husband, chef Ralph humes and I searched “top 10” restaurants in Elkhart and The Chubby Trout’s menu looked so good we started here. From start to finish we were so impressed. Our server Destiny was over the top great. In fact I thought she may be an owner in some capacity because she treated us and represented the restaurant as such. As a business owner that kind of employee is priceless.
I’m a little picky, most menus underwhelm me and leave me disappointed. I had so many choices. Our picks; calamari, chef Gil sushi roll, crunchy grouper sandwich were all great. The Fat Hop ?weesies peanut butter cup beer??....come on!! So good.
It was just a great relaxing experience and we needed it. Thanks to Owner Cam and his sweet dad Phil. We enjoyed meeting you. We will see you again soon!

Having a family member who is seriously ill in the hospital we wanted a nice place to relax and get away for a few. We chose Chubby Trout and they did not let us down! Food and service were both amazing. This comes from a group who has done lots of traveling and lived in the city so they recognize a great place! They can’t wait to come back!! Thank you for having such a fab place in our small town area! 🥰

The sushi bar was excellent, my first time there, the ceviche, was OUTSTANDING, staff was friendly, awesome outside eating area, going back try burgers

This is a wonderful place. The employees were attentive and very responsive to our every request. The food was amazing. I had the pulled pork tacos and cannot praise them enough. The entire experience was very positive. We’re full time RVers but will be here for a month and we will absolutely be back to this wonderful restaurant several times this trip. Sue and Derald Keetch
