Stephanie was amazing! She came out the day after the storm and cleaned with no electricity!

A BIG shout out to Brittany!! She was the cleaning technician most recently assigned to our home in Menomonee Falls. Brittany has provided services at least once before and we ALWAYS appreciate when our home serviced by her. She takes care of all of the areas as we expect. Cheyenne & Joycelyn did a fantastic job! Not only were they very nice and professional they were also very personable. The rooms I had them start with really needed some work and I was impressed at how well they turned out. I really wasn't sure they would get more then the specified rooms in the alloted time but I was happily surprised at how much more they accomplished. Very glad to hear I will continue to see one of them on my future cleans.

So - I love the friendliness of CHRIStal Clean, their reminder emails and texts, and ultimately what they do. I leave a priority list of things as well as others and often they go above and beyond.

My favorite part of the whole process is walking in and smelling the aroma of essential oils.

I appreciate the awesome services, as well as small things - the towels folded in, check marks on the list of items, and small card from whomever serviced for that day.
