Cliff did an awesome job cleaning the moss off our roof, and cleaning out the gutters. I appreciate that he cleans the roof with a brush - I did not want somebody with their commercial pressure washer obliterating my roof just to remove some basic moss buildup. The roof looks great after the work was completed. Cliff also cleans up afterward - surprising some roof cleaning companies told me up front they don't clean up debris that hits the ground ('yard cleanup is not part of our services'). Cliff Alameda does a thorough and professional job while providing great value for his services. It’s obvious this business owner takes great pride in his trade and aims to satisfy the homeowner. I’m also impressed by his responsive, text/phone communication, and photos before and after the job. Cliff works efficiently but always with safety in mind. Cliff, the owner, was on time, professional, practiced Covid rules, and went above and beyond what his job duties were that we had agreed upon. I hired him to get my windows cleaned and chose not to have the window tracks cleaned, as they were not that dirty. Although out in the garage, the window tracks were extremely dirty, full of yuck and spider webs and he cleaned them all without charging me or mentioning it to me. The windows throughout the house were spotless, inside and out, not a single steak, I am so happy and wish I had called him much much sooner . Love my “new” windows!

I contacted Choice Window & Gutter cleaning to get an estimate on how much it would cost to clean an excessive amount of moss growing on my roof. Cliff got back to me right away with a very reasonable estimate so I went ahead and moved forward with this business. During this pandemic Cliff was respectful enough to wear a mask at all times that he came in contact with me. He arrived with good timing and asked if I had any questions before he started.
