I love the daily report sheet and curriculum set up for her age group. She is talking, counting, and describing things more with only a month in! It’s great to see what my daughter is up to every day. She is coming home happy and excited for her next day and this brings ultimate warmth to my heart. We absolutely love Children's Lighthouse (San Antonio). When I lost my job due to staffing reductions from COVID I was devastated - not that I had lost my job but because I was worried that we would have to pull our daughter from daycare. The thought that our daughter might have to be removed, and thus could potentially lose her spot, truly kept me up at night. Children's lighthouse has done wonders for her and I didn't want to lose all the progress that she has made- They have helped tremendously with her education, social skills, and fundamentals (eating, drinking, napping, etc.). I love the cameras and the cleanliness of the classrooms. The atmosphere of the school is always happy and we love the family feel that the management team and teachers provide. While I am at work I know I can go online and watch my child. The staff is very helpful. I feel like my daughters teachers care for my child. There is also a good amount of communication. Front staff is phenomenal! Always addresses any concerns and knows every child by name and their parents. You can tell they love what they do. The teachers are amazing! They love the kids and take the time to get to know each of them. My son went there from the age of 3 up until it was time to go to Kindergarten and my daughter is still currently enrolled. I love this daycare! One of the very few places I would choose to leave my son. My baby boy joined when he was 3 months old and was so well taken care of in the infant rooms, shout out to Ms. Terese! The administrative staff is super responsive, attentive, and polite. Everyone there is super willing to accommodate you and help you feel comfortable with leaving your child there. Best place ever. Children’s Lighthouse at Gathering Oak has been a wonderful experience. There are other nice things in addition to academics such as soccer lessons, parents’ night out, the holiday celebrations, and cameras so that you can see your little ones when you want to see them. It’s amazing how my son has developed over the years with his friends into the individuals that they are now. He has learned to behave in a structured environment which should be an advantage in elementary school which we are looking forward to but we will miss the good times that we had with all the awesome people at Children’s Lighthouse! My son came to CLLC Stone Oak from another Children's Lighthouse about 6 months ago, and the difference is amazing. He has learned so much! My son can be a bit of a handful, and we struggled with the transition to a new school/classroom, but staff was more than accommodating in making both of us more comfortable with the decision to come here while continuously reinforcing positive behaviors from him. Children's Lighthouse became are second home! My elder daughter started there and we've never looked back. My little one attended Children's Lighthouse as well but unfortunately due to logistics we had to move. We hope to continue using them in the summer and would recommend it to anyone considering it! This place is absolutely Fantastic! My daughter (5yrs) went to the summer science class here this summer for the first time and never wanted to leave! The teachers, and staff are very friendly and attentive to every child. I highly recommended this place for parents who ever has considered camp for their child/or children. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences at Childrens Lighthouse in Stone Oak. My children have been attending there since 2013. The mangement is exceptional. They overcommunicate every situation, and have wonderful events throughout the years. Every teacher my children have had have been absolutely wonderful. THey're loving, caring and go the extra mile. The administrative staff and owners are top notch and the girls who watch my kiddos are friendly, loving and attentive. If you are wanting to set your kids up for success as they head into Kindergarten this is the place to do it!
