Children's Lighthouse of Round Rock

After having to make the hard decision to put our children in daycare after being home for several months due to COVID-19, we could not be more pleased with this center! They assisted with the challenging transition for our children from being home to having to return to school and now our children get upset if it is not a school day! Our children continue to learn and grow at a great pace thanks to the amazing staff and well rounded curricula that they are taught!

We LOVE Children’s Lighthouse. We have been attending LH for almost 3 years. Our daughter has had an amazing experience and is super prepared for kindergarten this coming year. We can’t recommend them enough. We are so fortunate and blessed to have them has our childcare center.

Mistie (the director), Ms. Leslie, Mrs. Shannon, and the owners are all wonderful; very caring, professional, and kind-hearted. My daughter has been here for almost 3 years and she loves it and has made some good friends.

I was very hesitant to put my first born into daycare. I didn’t know much about daycare, and she was a micro preemie that only weighed about 6lbs at the time she started with Lighthouse at the age of 5 months. But right from the start, we felt at peace with our decision to send her there. We feel that she receives excellent care, and has formed deep bonds with many teachers and staff members. She is flourishing from the curriculum being taught and impresses us with the things she comes home knowing, and is able to do. We love being able to check in on her throughout the day through the cameras and receive a detailed daily report. She has so much fun during her time there and we know she is in a good place. Children’s Lighthouse is wonderful and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Children's Lighthouse! My children have grown so much both academically and socially and LOVE coming to school!
The staff is very friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with. I was nervous trying to find a place to care for my children during Covid times, but am so grateful we found Children's Lighthouse. They go above and beyond, and I know my children are both safe and loved. We are so grateful to be a part of the Children's Lighthouse family! ☺️

I love everything about Children's Lighthouse. All of the staff is so attentive with all of the children whether they are in their classroom or not. The Administration is amazing. Love them all.

We love Children’s Lighthouse Round Rock! My 9mo. old daughter started here when she was just shy of 3 months. I was nervous as she's my first child, but they provide camera access to her room, updates to my phone, and they are always sending home sweet little art projects. They even send me pictures of her doing new things or just generally being cute. They have a very personal feel and make me feel like my baby is in good hands.

I can't say enough amazing things about everyone at Lighthouse! Our family made the switch with my 3 year old during COVID and they made the transition painless and simple. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and my daughter absolutely loves her school!

WONDERFUL Teachers and staff! My son absolutely loved Ms.Trena and all of the staff! It was such an easy transition to him starting daycare. The cameras, app and updates were great as well so I could check in on him throughout the day. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this center. Mistie the director is amazing and so are the teachers and staff. They are very nurturing and will work with you the parent to do whatever is necessary to make your child comfortable in their care.The ambiance is very welcoming, school is clean, bright and airy. After touring 7 different schools with this center being the last one, we fell in love instantly. My child has been here for 1 month now and loves it very much.

I love this school! My boys have been there almost 6 months and they’ve both learn so much & my oldest has actually transitioned into an older class recently. Love my boys’ teachers and how involved the director, Misty, is!

I just LOVE the Children’s Lighthouse. My daughter has been thriving since being here. I also feel safe knowing she is at a daycare with well trained staff that have a deep desire to teach children. Since being at the Children’s Lighthouse, my daughter has been speaking in full sentences and using sign language to communicate her needs while also verbalizing them. We have been so happy watching her thrive!

Teachers are amazing! The curriculum is amazing! The owners are such sweet and awesome people. It’s a community. Parents talk to each other, teachers are open and honest- it’s a place you can trust.

This child development center is absolutely amazing. The staff and management pay attemtiom to our sond needs and always communicates with us throughout the day.

My daughter began attending Children's Lighthouse just after she turned three. She has adored each teacher that she has had in each of the rooms she has progressed through. We have loved the personal care and attention the staff have provided and highly recommend Children's Lighthouse. Richa, one of the owners, is regularly present and, like the other staff, know all of the children by name. We are sad our time there is coming to an end in a few weeks as my daughter is about to start Kindergarten next month.

I recommend Children’s Lighthouse because my youngest son has grown so much both mentally and verbally in the few months he has been there He is also using basic sign language. Mrs. Sydney is doing amazing teaching and at the same time works with your child on potty training. I love the Sharks Classroom.

My two older children are in the after schoolers program and summer camp. My daughter is constantly sharing facts about what she learned in the anchors class. Both my children are enjoying their summer at camp. Every Tuesday the anchors class goes on field trips. Every Time Wednesday and Friday the class has splash pad day. Yes, a splash pad!! Of course all my children love splash day.

I am not just a parent at Children’s Lighthouse, I am also an employee. I work side by side with Mrs. Vanessa (dolphins teacher). I can’t explain in words how wonderful she...

This place is incredible. since the moment my daughter and I walked through the doors everyone and I mean EVERYONE has been warm and welcoming. My daughter has never been in daycare until I put her in childrens lighthouse and everyone has been great. I love that I can check in on her throughout the day via live video feed and they update me on an app on all of her progress including sending pictures. The owners and the new director are amazing. Even the teachers who don't have my daughter in their classes come up to me and have something to say. my daughter has thrived since coming here and I'm so blessed to have found this place.

Children’s Lighthouse has been amazing! We absolutely love everyone here! Mrs. Vanessa and Mrs. Sacha teach my children and they truly teach! My kids learn so much here and have come so far in the short time we have been here. Coming from a school that was more like a day care to this school that actually teaches curriculum is such a huge difference. My kids have shown huge growth academically. They love going to school now and want to go and learn and be with their teachers and friends. I know at Children’s Lighthouse they are safe and loved. I also know they will be ready for Kindergarten!
