Children's Lighthouse of O’Fallon

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Children’s Lighthouse! Our son loves going every day, and it’s clear the teachers and staff genuinely care about the children. They provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment, and we’ve seen so much growth in him. We highly recommend them!

Honestly everything there is wonderful. Everyone is supportive and wants the best for my son, as well as other kids. Went to a few other day cares with my older son but now I Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My 6 year old daughter has been attending the Summer Camp program at Children’s Lighthouse the last 2 years as well as utilizing their before/after school care, school closings, weather closings services when needed - basically all the standard daycare stressors for parents when the schedule has a change. The owner, Ashley, makes sure the summer camp program has so many field trips for the school aged kids to be engaged. My ‘spicy’ 6 year old thrives there getting to play with friends her age as well as keeping her social interaction skills improving during the summer. The school has a splash pad for summer fun and has special guests come in to present to the kids as well. I love hearing what fun things she does everyday and knowing she is engaged, entertained and learning, although - I have been asked to recreate several fun activities and I’m not sure I’m capable 😁

We absolutely love this daycare! The staff truly treat us like family, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our son is loved and well cared for every day. We couldn’t ask for a better place, and we’re so excited for our daughter to attend soon too. We highly recommend them to any family looking for exceptional childcare.

Me and my wife have been very happy with our choice in Childcare for our 3 month old! Everyone has been kind, knowledgeable and more than eager to help wherever needed. The facility is clean and has tons of amenities for the kiddos. Definitely would recommend for daycare needs.

The environment is super friendly and homely!! My little one is going there since she was 6 months and she loves spending time there. The teachers are super friendly and always accommodating to any personalized requests that I have. Would recommend to very confidently, especially to first time parents!!

My daughter loves Lighthouse! She comes home everyday sharing how much she learned and the fun activities she got to do. She is part of the summer camp and drops in during the school year! We love that the food is healthy for her, but she has no idea!! It has helped with her picky eating. We love the Zono that cleans all the toys to reduce infection! She loves her teachers, and the bus to go on their field trip! “It has air conditioning and seat belts”! My favorite is the complimentary coffee in the morning! It helps kick start the day! 100/100 stars. I recommend Lighthouse to everyone I know!

How much the teachers care about our child is very evident. She loves going to school and loves all her teachers.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare/preschool. Every person we’ve encountered has been incredibly warm, caring, and easy to work with. The teachers have treated our son so well and are always willing to take the time to discuss his growth and progress.

The staff does an amazing job communicating with families and making sure the children are well cared for. The school truly feels like an extension of our family. We started over a year ago in the 2-year-old preschool program, and we’ve seen tremendous growth in our son since then. His vocabulary, letter recognition, and overall learning have developed so much.

We absolutely love Children's Lighthouse! We started with the preschool program in August 2025 and it’s been such a great experience for our family. The teachers are so kind, caring, and truly go above and beyond.

Our son comes home happy and literally tells me he can’t wait to go back the next day to see his friends and teachers. He actually enjoys learning... and even begs to do "homework" at home. Getting the photos and notes each day with what they are working, new foods he is trying and seeing him play with friends on is the cherry on top.

We also love all the extras they offer... like the soccer and baseball programs, hands-on activities like growing butterflies and eating strawberries from their garden, and all the field trips they offer in the summer. Choosing a daycare is one of the toughest decisions as a parent, but from the moment we walked into Children’s Lighthouse, we knew we made the right choice. Our daughter absolutely loves it here! The teachers, specially Ms Maria 🤍, are incredibly nurturing and genuinely care about her development and happiness. Lighthouse is a great environment for our 4yo. This is his first structured preschool experience and they have been really great - providing comfort and a fun, busy day to keep him moving and active. He really enjoys his school and we appreciate all the staff and the variety of offerings available. Good food and the app is helpful to stay in communication and updated throughout the day.

It’s family-owned, and you can tell they’re fully invested in seeing the children succeed. It never feels like just another business—it's a place where the kids come first. The teachers and staff are incredible and you can feel the love they pour into the school everyday.
