We’re very happy with children’s lighthouse so far! Our son has been here for a couple months and is loving it! After 2 daycares, we’ve finally found a good fit. We highly recommend!!!

As a dad, I can’t say enough good things about Children’s Lighthouse. From day one, it’s felt like more than just daycare—it’s a place that actually cares about your kid as a whole person.
One of the biggest highlights for me is the outdoor time. They really prioritize getting the kids outside, playing, exploring, and just being kids. It’s not just “recess,” it feels intentional and engaging, and I love knowing my child is getting fresh air and activity during the day.
What stands out even more is how they show up not just on the good days, but on the hard ones too. Whether my child is having a great morning or a tougher drop-off, the staff is patient, reassuring, and consistent. That kind of care gives a parent real peace of mind.
Overall, it’s a place I trust, and that says everything.

Best daycare ever hands down! Not one single thing I could ask for more of them. Well I take that back -the new I think it’s called engagement person -love her so much the energy and spirit she brings to the kids is outstanding. Radiates among the whole floor -most of the people at the daycare follow that same energy-there are just a couple that don’t, but I also understand you are literally working with kids day in and day out that can be emotionally draining. But that is my only (VERY minor) critique. Keep your energy high and happy for the kids. Otherwise you all are by far the best daycare in this area. The education, the smiles, the activities, the attentiveness - it is ALL beyond expectation. Keep doing amazing things! You deserve 500 stars if I could give it.

My daughter has been going to children’s lighthouse & she and I love it! I love how every morning I’m able to go into class with her and all the teachers are soooo sweet. All her friends always run up to me & it’s such a sweet feeling to see them grow up together! The teachers are truly like family now 🩷

We love our school. The teachers here are dedicated, kind, compassionate, loving, and welcoming. Both of my kiddos love it here and I’ve seen them both grow so much. I love walking in and the office staff knows my name and my kids names. ❤️

Children’s Lighthouse of Little Elm has been such a blessing for my family. My children, Laila and Joel, attend here and I truly could not ask for a better daycare. From the moment you walk in, you feel the love, structure, and care that goes into everything they do.
The staff is always friendly, patient, and professional. They genuinely care about the children and it shows in how happy and excited my kids are to go each day. I love the communication, the cleanliness of the facility, and how safe and secure everything feels.
Most importantly, I have seen so much growth in my children socially and academically since enrolling them here. I’m very grateful to have found Children’s Lighthouse and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and trustworthy daycare.

After touring and enrolling in three different daycares, we have finally found our home at Children’s Lighthouse — a place that truly feels like family.

We have loved our daughter’s time at Children’s Lighthouse of Little Elm. The school has always been flexible with our needs, and any time we’ve had a question or concern, the team was quick to communicate and resolve things right away. The teachers genuinely love children and care deeply for them, which shows every day.
A special mention to Ms. Kathy in Room 4—her calmness, patience, and sweetness have had such a positive impact on our little girl, and it has been beautiful to see. The activities provided are fun, engaging, and enriching.

I’ve truly loved my experience with Children’s Lighthouse of Little Elm. They have loved on and cared for my baby boy so much! I’ve appreciated both the attention and thoughtfulness they’ve provided during his time there.

It was great choice and great place for our child. He loves his teachers. Stuffs are very friendly and attentive to my child’s need. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Signing in and out my son is simple and easy process. Loved that we have video access to monitor. Thank you for your effort to keep place clean and organized. Teachers are very friendly and clean. Only suggest is that kids arts and craft time to be more hands on and longer. Thank you.

Update February 2025: The staff now is even better. My kids love their teachers! I have 4 kids in 4 different class rooms . We also love the other staff like Ms.Rachel who is there to greet my kids in the morning! She works in the cafeteria and still manages to have a relationship with my kids. The director is great and always available. They recently hired another staff member I’m not sure her name or position but she reached out to see if I had any needs for my kids and I really appreciate that! Any concerns I have if any at all they address and are very nice. Having 4 kids attend the daycare with the oldest being 5 can be hectic but when I walk through their doors it’s plenty of support. It’s the perfect daycare. I have been to many others trying to find the right one and I am very satisfied now .

I have had a great experience with Children's Lighthouse of Little Elm so far. My nephew just moved to Texas from Kansas City on November 1, 2024, and he seems to be adjusting well. He enjoys Children's Lighthouse, and I appreciate the teachers and staff for providing assistance for us and being helpful in so many ways. Keep up the good work with our children and continue to help them learn and grown.

our little one has been attending Children’s Lighthouse since the beginning of 2024. We have absolutely loved every minute of it. We have felt comfortable with all the teachers and subs he has had. We love that we are able to check in on him throughout the day with access to their cameras. We’re so appreciative of this team!

This place is really good for your child. The teachers are good. They take good care of your child. Most importantly we get see the live video of our child.

Our son is 3 and has been at lighthouse since he was 1.5yrs. He thrives when being challenged and the staff have done a wonderful job creating an environment for him to learn and grow. The curriculum was a huge reason we chose lighthouse, he comes home everyday sharing new things he’s learned (even speaking Spanish!). He gets to participate in a soccer program and absolutely loves his friends. I attest all of this to the safe space the teachers provide! They get bonus points for live cameras too!

Our child loves his friends and teachers at Children's Lighthouse in Little Elm! Any time we have issues or concerns; the day care is quick and prompt to handle anything! We appreciate the care the staff shows our child!

I've been blown away by how caring everyone is towards my daughter. I'm a first-time parent and navigating childcare since she was 2 months old has been challenging. Everyone from the front office staff to the room teachers has gotten to know her and I feel confident she is in good hands when she is there.

Children’s Lighthouse has continued to be a great experience for us!
I appreciate the obvious care the teachers and directors have for all the children. When there is conflict between the kids the staff puts plans in place to correct any issues and make it a good environment for all to learn.

My son has been attending since March 2024 and loves it! I love the ability to check in throughout the day on the cameras and anytime we’ve ever had a question I always get a quick response from the management staff.
I also really appreciate the flexibility of choosing the days we need and they’ve been wonderful when we had an emergency and needed to change to full time unexpectedly.

My son has now been attending Children's Lighthouse for more than 6 months, and we love it! The teachers are great and patient. They all know my son, now, and he loves going there! Whenever I've had any concerns, whomever I speak with- the owner or the director or the office manager- I get clear responses and explanations, usually with a phone call. He's learning so much, and has a lot of fun with his friends.

I only have a couple of criticisms. The first is the same- inconsistency of use with the Procare App. With some teachers, we get pictures, updates on food. Other times, we get that he was checked in/out, meals, and restroom breaks, etc. There just needs to be some consistency between staff members on the use of the app and what to include. We are so happy with the care our child receives at Children’s Lighthouse- Little Elm! The staff is incredibly loving and attentive, providing a nurturing environment where our child thrives. They consistently incorporate fun and educational activities, and we love seeing the progress they're making each day. We feel completely confident leaving our child in their hands.

Our daughter is 4 months old and has been going to Children’s Lighthouse of Little Elm for a little over a month. We love it so far, the staff not only take great care of her but they also take the extra time to try and get her to smile, laugh and engage with other babies. They really go the extra mile to make sure that they are communicating with parents regarding your child’s wellbeing and even work with them on different things like tummy time and hand eye coordination. Megan, Haley and Bridgette are so great with our daughter, and we are SOOO thankful for them!!

Hands down the best school our children have ever attended!!. The staff is very organized as well as very attentive to each and every child’s needs. The live camera footage is also a plus which leaves absolutely no worries regarding how your little one is doing and how their day is going. :) Our children are so happy at every pickup this tells us they love their school just as much as we do! My son has been attending this facility for 1 year and 2 months. The love and care he receives is truly unmatched. When I drop him off in the morning he literally jumps out of my arms to get to his teacher. This only reassures me he is in good hands. The director is honest, helpful, and fair and I can appreciate that. Majority of the staff is experienced and hands on which is always great. We have been blessed with phenomenal teachers in rooms 1-3 , so I have no complaints in that department. My only concern would be the high turnover rate however, I am not sure if this is a result of the administration or just the times we are living in where people are lazy and simply do not want to work. My 3-year-old daughter has been attending this location for about a month now and I have no complaints. My daughter came from a small home-based daycare and can be shy. She has still been able to adjust very well. Every staff member I have interacted with is very kind to both my daughter and me. Most of the staff have learned my daughter's name already and will greet her by name as she is coming and going.

I especially want to compliment Ms. Tiauna, my daughter's current teacher. I have seen her in action during pick-up and she has an incredible ability to maintain a positive and caring demeanor while still enforcing firm health and safety boundaries with the children.
