Children's Lighthouse of Harvest Green

We have loved our time at Children’s Lighthouse of Richmond! The teachers truly care about my child and are actively trying to make the time wonderful.

I have both of my daughters here. We love it. Great teachers and staff

My Daughter is now 5 and has been at lighthouse since she was 12 weeks old. She has always been cared for and we know when we leave her she is in great hands. The staff is wonderful and most of them have been there since she started. We love lighthouse harvest green and all they have done to teach our baby and help her grow!!

After relocating here our son attended the summer and Pre-k program at CLH- Harvest Green and they’ve helped our son adjust, learn, and build friendships in a new environment. The teachers and staff exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this program to any family looking for a caring and enriching early childhood education experience.

I love children’s lighthouse - Harvest Green!
They are super friendly and I can see that they really care about the children and the facility itself. They are always cleaning up the toys and sanitizing them. My little one loves their food too! ❤️

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was in Room 2, and now she is in Room 8. We have had such a wonderful experience throughout every stage of her growth.

The teachers have always been caring, patient, and attentive. They truly love the children and create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for them to learn and thrive. The staff communicates well with parents and always makes us feel welcome and informed.

It has been amazing to watch my daughter grow, learn, and develop so much over the years. We are very grateful for the excellent care, dedication, and support she has received from all of her teachers.

We enrolled our 3-year old twins at Children’s Lighthouse Harvest Green and they had an absolute blast. They were there until transition to public school.

My son started Children's Lighthouse when he was 4 and my daughter started when she was 3. They have both had the most nurturing, loving and caring teachers. The curriculum really sets them apart from what we have had our children apart of up till then.

Not only do they have a great team of teachers. They are also a great support from the the wonderful women who work in the office to the teachers in the rooms. They have walked through good times and hard times with our family. And every step of the way it felt like home. They showed us love and support that we all would hope for during all seasons of life.

Our son and daughter are in Kindergarten and 1 st grade now. And we continue to see the blessings that Children's Lighthouse has poured into our children. They are thriving so well in this stage of life with there built up knowledge of what they have...

overall our experience have a been good, my daughter loves going to CLH even though shes only for a brief time now (after-school care). she still talks non stop about her teachers and class mates. thank you CLH for making my girl's initial school memories so pleasant. we're very grateful for Ms. Lyssa, Ms. Angie and Ms. Aliya for laying the foundation for my daughter to be successful in kindergarten.

Our son has been attending Children’s Lighthouse at Harvest Green for almost a year now. He previously went to Children’s Lighthouse at Jordan Ranch, so we were a bit concerned about the transition after moving to Richmond, but it turned out to be very smooth. The whole staff has been incredibly nice and caring, and the teachers in Room 6 have been amazing. They are patient, attentive, and truly care about the kids. My son is always happy going in, and that means a lot to us. He’ll be moving to Room 8 soon, and we’re excited for the next step. We’re very happy with this location and would definitely recommend it.

I love children lighthouse and the people working there. They are very nice and everything is so organized and nothing to worry about when I put my child.

My son started here at 3 months old. He went through all 10 rooms, including private pre-K. My daughter now has been there since she was 3 months old and is currently going through the same rooms as big brother. I signed our son up before he was born, after meeting the owners and having a good conversation with them. In the 6 plus years of these wonderful teachers and staff taking care of our children, I have never had a problem with them. They communicate effectively, and when there are incidents that arise, which there were many, as in normal for any childcare facility, they notified us and immediately rectified whatever the situation was. I honestly don’t have a negative thing to say about this center. They are all great, super friendly, and compassionate. I want to thank them for caring for our children! 🙏

Hands down the best school my kids have ever attended! I have a 2-year-old and an 11-month-old, and their teacher is just amazing. Of course, no place is ever truly perfect, but what really stands out here is how much management cares. Anytime an issue comes up, they handle it with such understanding and great communication—they truly put parents first. I couldn’t be happier with the love and care my little ones receive every day. I highly recommend this school for childcare. The teachers and management go above and beyond!

The facility is clean and they have fun activities for the kids to play and be entertained. They feed the kids as well. It is a great place to place your kids at for care. They have cameras which can be accessed to view the kids in the classroom. Make sure everything is great.

I can’t express how much relief I have felt in finding the Lighthouse Harvest Green. My toddler and baby both are so loved and happy at drop off and pick up each day. My toddler even runs to our front door in the mornings as soon as his shoes are on now to go to school. I am so thankful we found a place that my children can feel comfortable and where I know they are being cared for. Thank you!

Children’s Lighthouse Harvest Green is such an amazing place. Every teacher we have worked with there is incredibly kind and trustworthy. The administration is very communicative and friendly! My daughter has learned so much and loves being there. I would choose CLHG over and over again for my child!

We absolutely love this daycare for our son! This is our second daycare and there's no comparison. Tuition is reasonable in comparison to others in the area. We had our first school function and my parents had a blast with their grandson. His teacher is so kind and works well with my Hulk. Plus, we get a daily report at the end of the day with photos 🥰. I would absolutely recommend this place. Plus, the kids aren't snotty or crying all over the place. You can definitely tell there's instruction and order going on here.

Update from 2025
Our second son now attends and it's just how we remember it. There are many familiar faces and the new teachers seem to be just as caring and graceful.

There are not enough words for me to express our gratitude and appreciation of all that Lighthouse and their staff and teachers have done for my child and my family. From day one they have been warm and welcoming, and have met my daughter where she was at. My daughter entered lighthouse as a 2 1/2 year old nonverbal child with a significant speech delay. When she left lighthouse full time she was not only speaking on age appropriate level, but reading at a mid kindergarten level (she was entering PK in FBISD at the time.)
To this day, she still loves going as drop in days during school vacations and even as rewards in the summer. I know that we are so blessed to be able to say we have the BEST daycare experience and we have already said we won’t have another baby unless we can have the new baby attend lighthouse as well.

I love this academy. They are truly an academy and daycare center. I have had my son with them for two years and he loves it. Ms. Shannon gets the best teachers who really take a good care of my child and follow the curriculum keeping my son engaged and always learning. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone. I have had expreriences with other daycares/academies and Harvest Green Children's Lighthouse is the best by far.

They are caring and know when to discipline. Clean facility & very friendly stuff. They are kind to the kids, the parents and ESPECIALLY to each other. My child is taken care of really well and loves her teachers. Only wish they would send more pictures/videos.

This is the first time my child is going to any daycare. We are so grateful for the loving and nurturing environment. The front staff is so loving and welcoming. The teachers are so respect-full and If I leave instructions regarding anything they listen and follow. Our Child loves to come daycare!

REMAINS THE SAME: EVERYONE IS AWESOME!! Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our granddaughters get excited about going to daycare here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way.
