Children's Lighthouse of Cross Creek Ranch

We are consistently very happy with our experience here!

The staff and management are truly excellent. They are super friendly, welcoming, and take wonderful care of my child. My daughter loves coming here, and the team always goes above and beyond to accommodate our requests and offer support.

I would like to offer two suggestions for improvement that I believe would enhance the environment for all children:
1. Air Quality and Ventilation: I understand the challenges with the room layout (combined bathroom/dining area and no open windows), but the air often feels stuffy. I am especially concerned about the frequent use of chemical air freshener sprays, which I feel are unhealthy for young children. I strongly recommend switching to natural solutions like odor absorbers or essential oil diffusers until a better ventilation solution can be found.
2. Nutrition and Menu: While I appreciate the regular meals, the menu feels repetitive and relies heavily on processed items (tins, packets, and crackers). I am concerned about the amount of added sugar and the lack of fresh ingredients. I believe nutrition education is crucial for early development, and I would love to see a shift toward more fresh fruits and vegetables and fewer sugary, packaged snacks to support healthy, lifelong eating habits.
