Working with CTP has been amazing, I have always had tax anxiety and now that I am an entrepreneur it's worse because I didn't understand how it worked. I have gone to those places on TV and those tax preparers are just popping in numbers but don't really understand the IRS and if they do they won't explain it to you. CTP educated me about bookkeeping and best practices, they went through my P & Ls with me and gave me some best practices for my accounting system before we even got started so I trusted them to be transparent and on my side. It's great to know you have someone on your side that has your best interests at heart. These ladies are so nice and easy to talk to, I didn't feel ashamed to admit my mistakes and my fear of going to jail over taxes like Martha Stewart or Wesley Snipes. I LOVE child care pros because they answer all of my questions and there is constant up to date information about what's going on in the tax world such as, what things I can get a write off on my taxes. To me that's important to know. It makes me feel like they are more than just a business they care enough to take the time to educate me about my taxes even though I HATE ALL THINGS TAXES!!🤣🤣. I have had bad experiences with other tax preparers starting with . BAD COMMUNICATION or NO communication . Just trying to make sure they get their own cut and send you on your way . TILL NOW .
