I traveled to Houston Texas from Rochester NY for what I thought was going to be an ordinary conference. I was so wrong lol it was more. It was inspiring to me because it helped me to see that I can be a better leader. It made me realize that I want to learn more about the business and help my center become more elevated. I love Brandy Woods Childcare association because, this is my first conference ever. I can't begin to tell you how full I am with the spirit of productivity, determination and self motivation to add myself among many great leader at Caring and Sharing Child Care Center in Rochester New York.
