The Child Care Success Academy changed my life! Took me from overwhelm of running the day to day to freedom of working from home and putting in an administrative team to handle the daily. I’m so grateful for all the support and training I’ve received over the past five years!

I attended the Summit in 2021 and in 2022. I was uplifted in 2021 and joined the Launch Academy while in Vegas. The feeling of being with other business builders, the focused teachings, and the emphasis on personal development was wonderful. The Academy made the event fun AND informative. But since it was so great last year, I had dampened my expectations for this year's event. Big mistake! It was even better than 2021. Meanwhile, I upleveled and joined the Growth Academy and am buckling up for an eventful year, live Mastermind events, and another great Summit. I will never miss this event!

This is the 4th time I have attended the Childcare Success Summit. This year it went virtual and I did not think I would get the same value as it did for the 3 live three day conferences. I was so pleasantly surprised. The virtual Reimagined Summit delivered on all of its promises and so much more. Every detail was taken care of and even with nearly 1000 people in attendance, I got as much if not more than the in person conferences. I learned so much from the comfort of my desk and saved tons of money on travel expenses. I didn't think ZOOM would hold my attention for 3 days, but the high quality of the keynotes and all of the sessions presented helped me to learn so much. I couldn't imagine how this could be a personal experience behind a screen, but having break out sessions allowed me to be sent into small groups and gave me a chance to meet some really great people. I have really enjoyed my time at the summit. Lots of ah ha moments and learned a lot about on boarding.

I joined the Academy back in May and I was so excited for the Summit in Arizona. I remember when my coach Ben told me that it was canceled and my heart broke a little bit, but the then said that Simon Sinek would be a speaker and that broken heart sealed right up. I was nervous that being at home would hinder the amount of information I would take away but Kris and her team knocked it out of the park! They did a fabulous job of putting together relevant information and still engaging us despite being behind a screen. I can honestly say that the information that I have learned in the first half of the training that my business will be changed forever. I came in optimistic but a bit hesitant about my future and I am leaving knowing that I will be able to use the tools they have shared to create not only create sustainable centers but prosperous centers for my community.

Being a part of this community has been invaluable to not only my professional life, but my personal life. My center is stronger, my staff and families are happier and we are constantly learning, growing and improving because of Kris and her team.

I love that Kris was innovative enough to continue with this conference during a pandemic. As much as we would all love to be there in person, this was very well put together and very professional. Kris always chooses the best guest speakers, especially this year with Simon Sinek. How spoiled are we?! This is my second year attending and now I look forward to it so much every year. I already can’t wait to see what next year offers. The information and skills I take away definitely allow me to grow in my position for myself and for my team. Thank you so much!!
