Paul was very informative and polite a n d took time to answer all my questions. The carpet looks and smells fabulous!

Josh did a stand up job on our disgusting carpets (kid activity stains, pet stains, dirty shoe marks, old spills etc) he got it all out!
He showed up when he said he was going to. He called ahead to give us a heads up. He was super professional, courteous and quick.
Will definitely be using again. As in, I've booked him again to clean the carpets in the new house next week!

Josh, Chem-Dry of Franklin was THE BEST carpet cleaner we have EVER had. Extremely professional, polite, and REALLY knew his stuff. He was able to remove rust stains that have been in our carpet for years, other company's have tried to remove them, but Josh actually did it!!
I will always choose Chem-Dry from now on!

Great job by Josh cleaning my fabric chairs and leather sofa with stain protection also applied. Also cleaned and put stain protection on my wool rug. I would not trust anyone but Chem-Dry of Brentwood and Chem-Dry of Franklin with my wool rugs because they use Wool Safe Certified products on wool rugs.
