Chem-Dry of Franklin and Chem-Dry of Brentwood was very responsive to our call and scheduled an appointment for our couch cleaning quickly. Nick Moore, the technician, was on time, very nice and explained everything he was doing. When he was finished it appeared the spot was going to vanish, however it is still there, but reduced. We have not called because we thought that was probably all that could be done. The problem was our cat had vomited on our one-year-old sofa. There was a large liquid stain and some small spots. As I mentioned it is still present, but not as noticeable. We would contact Chem-Dry of Franklin and Chem-Dry of Brentwood again.

Allen is the best!! As someone who has 4 dogs Chem Dry has saved my life. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to get something out of my carpet and couldn't.
