Kim Crisman- Realtor

I am not one to normally give reviews but I am compelled to give credit where credit is due. I am a now retired attorney and have dealt with many Realtors over the years. To be polite, I have found them to have widely varying skill and commitment levels. However, I can highly recommend Kimberli Crisman as a Realtor from my own personal selling experience.

I spoke to other realtors from big name companies about selling my home. They all came up with curiously similar proposed listing prices which I believe the MLS calculates for them.

Kim, however really knew the market having sold a home in my subdivision in 13 days for way more than Zillow said it was worth. She confidently came up with a list price for my home also way above Zillow and the other Realtors. I was even concerned it might be too high. Thru her marketing efforts (including an amazing photographer) I had multiple offers after the first weekend. My home sold in 6 days for even slightly more than her list price. In fact, it sold for enough more than the others said it would bring to more than cover her commission and the closing costs with money left over above the other big-name realtors proposed list prices! And, despite having a solid offer so quickly she even had several backup offers just in case it fell thru (it did not).

Kim is very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, positive, sharp, and hard working for your best interests. Kim is frankly the only Realtor to hire.
