This is the second time I've done the 4 Phase Fat Loss Protocol. I kept the weight off for 2 years after my first round but then stupidly started eating foods that I know make my inflamed again. So here I am again. I feel better already after 1 week on the program, my inflammation is subsiding, I feel more energetic and my body feels less sore. I'm finding it easy to stick to particularly as I know how fab I'm going to feel at the end and that if I eat correctly for me, the weight will stay off and my energy will soar.
Wow!! I ordered on Thursday and I had it delivered on Saturday. I couldn't believe it. This was right before Christmas. I have been buying the immune booster kit for the last 4 years and love it. I notice my energy is lagging when I've run out of it!
I love Changing Habits. Recommended to a few other ladies who also have had great success where other diets have not budged the middle age difficult spots. I dont see this as a diet but a lifestyle change. Its changed my attitude to food. I much prefer wholesome food..hate processed foods..and eat smaller amounts. 13kg lost to date and my arthritis in knees much better.
I love the products, staff are helpful and also the information and I regularly refer many of my clients to your website but...I would like to receive discounts for my loyalty to your company... which could actually be used over a reasonable time, ie 3-6 months instead of a few days immediately following an order How does one redeem bonus points etc.?? This I have have found that over the years the site is often difficult to navigate or to be remembered as a regular client., plus the issue with redeeming any discounts... quite impersonal.
