I am giving this company five stars because I had the nicest, most knowledgeable customer service person ever. I called originally to get a quote and I spoke with Marsala. I think that is how you spell it. Anyways, she is so pleasant. She gave me exactly what I needed and I continued my search. I finally made my decision to go with Champia for the inspection of my very first owned home. I kepted having to call back due to questions regarding my situation and Marsala was accommodating and allowed me to call back when I got my questions answered by my realtor. She is AWESOME!!!!!!! Our inspector, Joe, is amazing. He's very thorough, so if there is anything wrong, he will catch it. My realtor even said that he never gets inspection reports so long. That's a good thing. Joe is also exceptionally nice and friendly. You can't go wrong with him.

I like the perks such as the coupon book for handyman services. I like that the company offers comprehensive services beyond just a basic inspection. I haven't met my inspector yet or attended the inspection, so my review isn't really complete until after the inspection occurs.

Mike Gonzales inspected my new home yesterday - I was very impressed and would highly recommend him. He was very friendly and thorough, and took the time to explain to me (someone who has no idea about building codes, water heaters, etc) what needed to be repaired.
