We had previously engaged a realtor to sell our home with less than favorable results. The only solution to selling our home was just lower the price. We had to disengage that realtor for lack of results and not being on the same page. Prior to listing our property Charisse walked through it with us and we made a list of things we needed to do if we wanted maximum results from the sale. We went a bit beyond these recommendations because we wanted whoever purchased our forever home to get it in as perfect of condition as possible. Charisse listed our property for more than we originally listed it, presented it as the superior quality custom home that it is and got us a full price offer in just 3 weeks and we closed in a total of less than 7 weeks from the date we listed our home. The other realtor had the property listed during the prime four months of the year and had no offers. Charisse does an amazing job of listening, maximizing your return on your home, and negotiating the best terms possible. She understands how to maximize advertising results and find the perfect avatar. I wouldn't use anyone else in the real estate world and recommend her to anyone that wants results.
