Charisse is a dedicated realtor who respected our decision on what we wanted to do with the house before selling it but also reminded us about the return of investment. Even when she was on crutches after surgeries, she met and helped us decide on the plank and carpet colors to complement the cabinets and be popular with prospective buyers, and later on, helped us decide which offer to accept. Her family did most of the staging so we could save money. She also negotiated terms so we didn’t have to worry about things once we signed contract with buyer. We hired Charisse to sell our home and helped us buy a new one. She arranged to have our kitchen cabinets and kitchen floor redone. She also helped us stage it, resulting in multiple offers, above asking, and in less than 30 days. Charisse is a great resource for buying or selling a home. We have known Charisse for many years. We talked to Charisse with selling our house that we had grown out of. When we met with Charisse, she was very helpful in provided advise with staging our house and what changes she would recommend. This was extremely informative and helpful as we sold our house in 3 days. Charisse posted it on Wednesday and that Saturday had a open house where she made cookies and we received a total of 8 offers. We were elated beyond belief not having done this before.
