Seller Review: After trying to sell our home by ourselves. We learned that in this market, it is truly difficult to just know the best asking price to list it at. There is also a lot of paperwork to be done. They call it a sellers market but we found that with Charisse we had a lot more information to make better decisions. Charisse was quickly able to get us many offers, with few stipulations. Exactly, what we needed. It gave us appreciated options. After buying a house from one of her listings we already knew Charisse is so hard working. She is also very personable and kind. One of my favorite things she does is listen to the seller and then she is able to present the listing in a way that makes your house stand out. She has a talent!

Would I ever buy a home in this market? NO! I was taught better. Loved looking online at homes for sale for years. Loved where I lived, nothing was worth it to go through all the work of moving and buying in this market. But, I kept seeing a house on-line.
