CEO Warrior helped me to understand some of the mental roadblocks limiting me and realize why I do what I do. It helped me understand that “sales” isn’t always about sales, but about making sure the customer knows what they’re getting versus what I could do for them to make them more satisfied and comfortable in their home. It really stuck with me when Kevin mentioned that we have to do everything with integrity, and that if a service expert sold a solution to a nonexistent problem, that would be our last day working.
