Made me understand I'm not just a tech and to add as many tools in your verbal tool box

I'm a very to myself kind of person I took alot from this class it helped me come out of my shell an build confidence with my customer communication skills in the insulation felid

It was life changing

I loved gaining confidence in my presentation and also the ability to provide options.

CEO Warrior helped me to understand some of the mental roadblocks limiting me and realize why I do what I do. It helped me understand that “sales” isn’t always about sales, but about making sure the customer knows what they’re getting versus what I could do for them to make them more satisfied and comfortable in their home. It really stuck with me when Kevin mentioned that we have to do everything with integrity, and that if a service expert sold a solution to a nonexistent problem, that would be our last day working.

I learned a lot about myself and how to better address situations I deal with everyday

They kept it simple, while informative and really taught me to believe in myself
