This is my 3rd time taking an unarmed guard card class but 1st time with this company. Will the instructor introduced a lot of new and very important information all guards should be aware of. I took the unarmed class a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. He did an amazing job at presenting a PowerPoint that was loaded with wordy info and simplified everything all while making sure we retained key points. Will did an amazing job at making the environment feel comfortable and relaxed even in a training setting. I had some time to talk with Will after the class, He’s a laid back individual with very respectable values. My intention was to only get my unarmed guard card through this company but I enjoyed listening to how Will likes to operate his company so much I decided I’d go ahead and apply. Since then I have met with Dan for an interview and He too is a very easy person to talk to. Although I do only plan to work their seasonal post I am very excited to see what working for this company entails. Unfortunately I won’t be able to see what climbing the ladder in this company would be like due to my future employment plans that are already in effect but I could 100% see myself working here for years to come. I highly recommend this company wether it’s for training or employment. Not a single complaint about my experience.
