Cascade Spine & Injury Center

I was referred to Dr. McClaren after an auto accident this year. As of right now, I am still currently treating, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had going to a doctor! The Doctor and his staff are wonderful! I have never had to sit in the waiting room for longer than 5 minutes at the most (which is such a rarity most anywhere else), and he and his entire staff are all very responsive to my needs.

They truly care about how you are doing and make an effort on each visit to ask how you are feeling and if there is anything more they can do to help you or make you comfortable. They are all so cheerful with positive attitudes and bright, happy smiles. Even on days when I haven't been in the best of moods prior to coming in for my visit, after I'm done, I'm all smiles too!

Admittedly, I have never been to a chiropractor before this treatment and was very scared about treating with one. However, after this chiropractic experience, I can now say that I would recommend going to Dr. McClaren's office to anyone having back, shoulder, neck or spinal pain. Any questions I have are promptly answered and thoroughly explained. Dr. McClaren's treatment has definitely helped me and I feel better each and every time I leave his office.

Shelby, the office assistant on M-W-F's is very helpful and will greet you with her beautiful smile. She always makes sure that I get into a room right away upon entering the office (never longer than a 5 minute wait!) Tauna, the office manager and LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) has given me all of my massages and SHE IS AWESOME! I feel so calm and relaxed after leaving once she's worked her magic on me.

A few times, Dr. McClaren has been out of the office during my visits and so I treated with his office partner Dr. Dorsey, who is just as superb as Dr. McClaren. I was hesitant to treat with him the first time, because I had been only meeting with Dr. McClaren, but Dr. Dorsey was great too and made me feel right at home. Very helpful in explaining what he was going to be doing with regard to that day's treatment and why.

I will now recommend Cascade Spine & Injury Center to any of my friends, family and acquaintances as well as anyone in the Portland area who is having back, shoulder, neck or spinal pain.
