Cascade Spine & Injury is an excellent healthcare provider! I first saw Dr. McClaren in 2016 after suffering a head-on collision that totaled my car. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to treat me with kindness and respect.

When I was in another accident in 2019, I contacted Cascade Spine & Injury again and they were able to see me very quickly. This time, I received treatment from Dr. Kennedy as well, and she was very nice and knowledgeable. Their staff is very friendly and well-trained, and there are massage therapists to help as well. If you need chiropractic care, you should go to Cascade Spine & Injury!

Oh my God!! The staff at Cascade Spine and injury are absolutely amazing!!!! They are very knowledgeable, very gentle and only want you to get better. After hurting my lower back at work, I went to them hoping for any kind of relief. After a few sessions my back was feeling great again! The whole staff encouraged me to continue doing the stretches and exercises they recommended, to keep my back flexible and I find myself not just needing to do them but wanting to do them. I was recently in a car accident and wasn’t sure where to go at first. I found them through searching the web and I’m so glad I did. Every person I interacted with was so nice and welcoming. The receptionist was always friendly and made scheduling appointments around my work schedule very easy. Dr. Kennedy was just simply amazing. She always listened and helped me in whatever way was needed. She always made sure I was comfortable with what was going on and was great with communication. So glad to say I’m feeling so much better now thanks so her and the awesome team. If you are looking for somewhere to go for chiropractic treatment I highly recommend them.

I am so happy I found this place, they not only helped me regain strength but also paid very close attention to detail week by week making sure that each week I was making progress, and to follow up with at home treatment to help with the recovery process. I was in an accident of August 2018. I went to see Dr. McClaren per recommendation from a friend. Three months after the accident, Dr. McClaren pointed out loss of mobility in my neck and upper back, so we began treatment.

The treatment lasted 3 months and I regained mobility I had no idea I lost! Dr. McClaren and his entire staff was professional and genuine.

Treatment was holistic, including neck and spine check ups and adjustments, physical therapy, and massages, all held under the same roof. Highly recommend if accident recovery is unfortunately in your future!

Dr McClaren and his staff are wonderful people, very professional and helpful. After an injury resulting from an auto accident left me with back, neck and knee pain, I thought I was in for the long term, because of my past experiences with chiros but this place was different, they cared. They did everything to make my condition better, after few months of treatment, my condition has improved 95%. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with Doctor McLaren and the whole staff at Cascade Spine & Injury. After a fairly significant car accident I went to see them. I started feeling better within a couple of weeks and 2 months later was back to 100%. They were very accommodating with my busy schedule and we're also very attentive of my needs throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anybody searching for pain relief after an accident. The other thing that was incredibly helpful was that they did Everything Under One Roof so I didn't have to go out to a separate location for massages or physical therapy.

Every visit to Cascade Spine and Injury Center has been of the most pleasant ive experienced anywhere within the medical industry. The office management staff make arranging appointments smooth and I feel they do their best to work with my insurance policies to keep the cost to me low. The chiropractic physician is pleasant and professional. Each visit the doctor has taken time to assess my body and been successful in locating my problem, then making the necessary adjustments to mitigate my issues(in my case ribs out of place and joint mobility issues).

I've had two massages, both of them incredible. I have my third scheduled. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I like many others came here on a recommendation for a car accident I was in. They have not only treated me for one, but two separate incidents. For both of these I feel I have received the greatest care possible, from Dr. McClaren but also from his CA and office staff too. I visited there for my car accident injury a few years ago. (At that time, Google did not have this easy "review" system, so I postponed until now)

Dr. McClaren and staff were really nice and friendly. Dr. McClaren could tell what was going on with my conditions. He also has connections associate with auto accidents. He introduced me a good attorney and I had a good result. (Some attorneys for an auto accident can be jerk. We do not want to take such a risk after getting an accident) He also knows a therapist if you wish. If you want to have good results, this place is the one you should visit.

I was hurting from my car accident. I called and office manager was happy and eager to help me. The staff is amazing. The environment is a positive and happy one. DR McClaren has helped me tremendously on my way to recovery. The front office is awesome, they always make me laugh and feel better while I wait and on my way out. Over the course of 6-months, I underwent treatment for a back-injury resulting from a car accident. John and the team were very professional, flexible and friendly. I cannot recommend this chiropractor enough! They have an overall warm and friendly environment and the staff always make you feel like home. They have also been extremely flexible and gracious with me as I have had to do a lot of last minute rescheduling. Dr. McClaren is not only very knowledgable but a great communicator. I end up leaving with immediate adjustments and relief, but with new exercises and practices for me to do during the time in-between to ensure longterm progress. It is obvious that everyone there genuinely cares about you and your healing.

I've been to a lot of other chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage offices all over the west coast and this office by far is my favorite! They are personable - making you feel special every time you walk in and professional. Everyone at this office is super friendly and helpful in wanting to get you the best care specific to your needs. If you need additional services (i.e. attorney re car accidents and filing non-insured driver claims), they are also more than willing and able to give you appropriate referrals. They are flexible and can accommodate a lot of different schedules as well as payment. I would highly recommend Dr. McClaren and his team to anyone needing such services. :)

Dr. McClaren and his team of trained specialist at Cascade Spine & Injury Center assisted in advancing my muscle, joint, and tendon recovery from the damage received due to the auto accident.
