I have received acupuncture from Michelle Waneka for the past four weeks for help with my chronic back pain, and while it’s still not completely gone, it gets a little better every week. She takes the extra time to make sure you are comfortable, and It’s obvious that Michelle genuinely cares about helping to restore your health. She looks at you as a whole person rather than just your symptoms. I’m a chiropractic student myself, and I can tell that Michelle is knowledgeable in the musculoskeletal system as well as traditional Chinese medicine. I highly recommend acupuncture here! My insurance also helps cover it, which is a bonus.

Cascade spine and injury center is the best place to go if you have been in an auto accident, or just need a regular place to go for massages or chiropractic care. Everyone that works there is very sweet and caring and genuinely care about getting you fully recovered! Dr. McClarren is the absolute best in Portland! His team Sherrie, Loretta, Michelle and the 2 ladys at the front desk are all great! I have always had a great experience coming here. I have been in 2 car accidents over the last couple years and this is the only place I will go to or trust for my care and recovery! Thank you for everything you do!

I went to Cascade Spine and Injury Center after being injured at work and needed more immediate care. I am so happy I found them! From the time you walk in, you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ladies in the office are sweet and really on top of their game. They made scheduling so easy, and are exceptional at time management. Dr. McLaren is AMAZING! He made me feel really comfortable, and made sure he understood what the issue was, was very informative, and made sure I understood the process. And Loretta! I mean common! She is a saint. She is not only a skilled massage therapist, she is very knowledgeable about stretches that help specific injuries, how other body processes effect healing, and a vast array of other things. I would definitely recommend you check them out before anywhere else. They made healing from my injury almost enjoyable.
