I found Cascade Spine and Injury Center after I was rear ended really bad. I was extremely broken, afraid and in a lot of pain.... Dr. McLaren was very patient with me and understood my anxieties. The care that he and my PT provided was always centered around me and my injury. Not anyone else's. The emotional support that I received from the CMA was invaluable and the laughs I had with the BOM always lifted my spirit. I could literally go on and on about these amazing folks! Now that my therapy has ended it is indeed bittersweet. I will miss them all and they will always be in my prayers.

I had an accident on July when I went to cascade spine and injured center they treated me well and helped me find solutions to my pains thanks very much they are really carrying and thoughtful.

The doctor and his team doesn’t just go after PIP money! They actually are looking to heal you! He ordered an MRI because my healing was slower than usual. This cut into PIP money but showed a healing C2-C3 incomplete fracture that could have killed me or put me in a wheelchair. Xrays dont always show this type of injury and this doctor is skilled enough to be thorough enough to order an MRI if it is warranted. Going from barely able to move my neck or arm to doing jumping jacks in 9 months at age 65 is nothing shy of a miracle! This is the team that you need to get back to the old you!

If your needing exceptional care this is the place to be . Dr. Mc Claren is very knowledgeable and his staff is very professional and caring.

After having a car accident in late July I was in a lot of pain and looking for something help. As soon as I called Cascade Spine & injury center they consoled me and immediately booked me with their acupuncturist who is amazing and has helped me so much. Their massage team is also amazing, patient and kind. Dr. McClaren & his team really takes the time to listen and explain the treatment plan that works best for you. Recovering from an accident is stressful and worrisome but after finding Dr. McClaren and his team I feel a lot better.

Amazing place to get adjusted and the staff are so friendly if you're having any issues go see them!

I am so glad I did my research when I got hit. I decided to go here because they specialize in injuries. They have been so honest about what's going on and explaining things in a way that makes sense and not just hoping I understand the medical jargon like a lot of medical professionals do. They really seem to care about my health and wellbeing more and less about the paycheck which is really nice. I can feel myself getting better from my injury and highly recommend them is you find yourself needing an injury specialist who cares. Having everything all in one place has been so convenient!

I’ve been coming here for 5 years. I had a really bad injury from work that caused me to fracture my back 15 years ago. My back/body would hurt so much to where it would be hard to move or do anything that would be easy to do on a normal day basis. The treatment and care you get is amazing. I owe these guys everything for helping me getting back to moving around. Can’t say nothing but good things about them

The team at Cascade Sine and Injury Center are more then welcoming and inviting from the moment you call or walk in the office. I have any thing in my weekly schedule that change from week to week and I am always able to get scheduled for the care I need. My husband and I had care plans that matched out own personal needs. Dr. McClaren sent me out for more X-Ray's to determine the best care for my injuries. I couldn't ask for better care during a time of such pain and discomfort. I recommend Cascade Spine and Injury to anyone looking a chiropractor or even Massage therapist. Lorretta is great at what she does as well. Having a team that listens to you is so important and here you get just that. highly recommend to all.

Love going to Dr McClaren and his team. It's a low key unpretentious office but everyone here does super high quality work. Dr. McClaren is receptive, a great listener and very holistic in his approach. He's helped me recover from a bulging disk issue I was dealing with and I'm in remission from pain. Also can't say enough good about the acupuncturist Michelle. If you can, treat yourself to one of her sessions, she's the best I've ever been to, and she really puts her heart in her work. Thanks Cascade Team! The only constructive criticism I would give is, making it easier to schedule online would be extra cool!

I have had excellent care after my car accident. I came in with many injuries and after a couple of months I am ready to be cut loose. The whole team is outstanding. I would highly recommend them for chiropractic, acupuncture, message and physical therapy treatment.

I got into a car accident 6 months ago and I thought my body would get better on its own but it didn’t so I came here and the doctor was so kind and explained everything that’s going on in my body and how it’s gonna be a harder due to me letting my body form to the injuries but reinsured me that they would do everything they could and they have been so kind and working hard to help me get my body back to normal . They are so good at communicating what they are doing and how it’s helpful and ways I can do it on my own and answer any questions I have .

After completing my full treatment here at Cascade Spine & Injury Center, I can honestly say that this place of business is where you want to be after an injury. My boyfriend and I suffered from a motor vehicle collision and came to Dr. McClaren’s Office and was welcomed by their amazing staff Celine and Cherie who we came to know and adore over the months of care and will definitely be missed. Michelle is their extremely talented and knowledgeable acupuncturist who helped with the body in a way that can only be described as , “She knows what she’s doing so just listen to your body but trust the process”. Dr. McClaren set me up with a treatment plan and helped me go from severely injured to I’ve never felt better.

After my career ending injury at USPS, and the bullying and maltreatment they showed me, Cascade really put in the effort and did their absolute best to fix me. They were so kind and patient with me, and helped me in so many ways. When I was absolutely lost in my pain, and totally hopeless, they were the only ones to show compassion and actually put in the work to make sure I healed as best as I could.

The experience was AMAZING from the moment I walked through the door. I suffered injury due to an auto accident, the DR here was very helpful with explaining my healing process and the best treatment to take. While recieving treatment , I was able to meet the team there . Everyone one was friendly and ginuwine , just let me say they all are AMAZING ! Thank YOU ! Six weeks ago, I found myself with a severely pinched sciatic nerve, an injury that has flared up many times over the years, but I couldn't manage it myself any longer. I woke up one day and I couldn't even put my own socks on by myself. Since seeing Dr. Mcclaren and all of the staff at this clinic, I have regained mobility, comfortability and ability to get back to my life as it was before the flare up. Treatment has been so easy and accessible, as all modalities are available in one building. In one visit, I'm able to see Dr., get a chiropractic adjustment, have a massage and a physical therapy session. The folks at the front desk are absolutely wonderful, and Loretta is the most gifted and knowledgeable massage therapist I've ever had! I made an appointment with Cascade Spine and Injury after a car accident that totaled my vehicle. From the beginning the receptionists were very quick to find an available appointment that would work for me. Dr. McClaren was very nice and treated me very respectfully as a patient. He was able to determine the extent of my injuries and create a plan to get me back to 100%. I didn't realize how much damage the collision caused until I started to heal. The team at Cascade Spine and Injury are very well-rounded. With the most amazing acupuncturist and massage team. This team was amazing at healing mentally, physically and emotionally. They're really there for you!

I stumbled upon this place by doing a quick google search after being in a bad car accident (totaled car) early in my pregnancy. With the convenient location & great reviews I had to give them a call, & was instantly greeted with excellent customer service. They have accommodated to my pregnancy going above & beyond to make sure I get the most effective care possible all the way from my 1st to 3rd trimester. They also have massage therapy & acupuncture included right in their office building. The staff & Dr. McClaren are super personable whenever I go in.
