If I say it was totally amazing no one would believe me. The front desk receptionist was excellent Christina- she was kind, answered all my questions with empathy. Dr Jurbala was calm, thorough yet fast in the actual surgery. I hand both hands done and was so grateful I did. Knowing the statistic 95% do both hands helped. I loved the doctor did ultrasound to verify I needed the surgery. When I heard 9 was normal and I had 19 on rt 28 on left hand I felt relieved I was validated on the symptoms I was experiencing of numbness in my hands as it became a way of life (career of typing for 16 yrs). There are no night splints! I was amazed the local shots truly numbed out any pain. I’m so glad there was no anesthesia. Also, I was so afraid I would wake up in middle of first night in pain and it didn’t happen. Tylenol and Advil took care of it. I have been telling everyone how incredible the experience has been. The nurse Emily is definitely is in the right job. She didn’t leave my side after the procedure until I was ready with absolutely no rush. I’ll never forget her authentic compassion as i needed to cry for a minute to release my feelings before I went out to see my friend in waiting room to go home. Dr Jurbala has a gift as a surgeon, especially to have invented such a more efficient, fast healing procedure and choosing to do it at an affordable cost. He truly wants to help people.
