I requested an appointment online and I got a response right away. As soon as my insurance was verified, I got an appointment right away and thank God for that because my hand was in so much pain. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The doctor was very caring and made sure I was comfortable. The actual procedure did not take long at all and the pain I was feeling instantly went away. I would definitely return to get my other hand if need be.

My experience with Carpal Tunnel Express was absolutely wonderful! Dr Jurbala and his entire staff were caring and very attentive throughout the whole procedure. After months of discomfort and pain, I am pleased to say I feel like a new person. And I am only on day 4 after the surgery!! Not only did the procedure take just minutes, but a number of my symptoms were gone after the numbness wore off. Folks, this is the only way to go if you are considering a solution to your Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Outstanding experience from initial contact, and throughout surgical procedure. Dr. Jurbala and his staff were very courteous, informative and professional. Dr Jurbala performed multiple appropriate tests related to my symptoms and complaint, gave diagnosis, and performed corrective procedure. Procedure was very impressive, painless, and succesful. Recovery was simple, and relatively quick. Never exceeded a very tolerable 4 pain level on scale of 1 to 10 and easily suppressed with only 2 doses of 600 ibuprofin, quickly reducing pain scale to a 2. By day 3, I wasn't feeling anymore discomfort, other then hand and fingers a little stiff. Easily resolved with lite self finger stretches and common range of motion exercises. everything went out well, everyone is so amazingly friendly and helpful.. the procedure with Dr. Jurbala was very good..
my only complaint is that i had to wait 2 hours more before i was called for the surgery.. but it’s ok, it’s worth the wait.. now i’m just waiting for my full recovery..

I originally scheduled with a very large ortho organization. Upon a positive experience shared with me by a current patient, I cancelled that appointment and reported for assessment. The professional atmosphere assured me I was in the right place. The Doctor was very informative and th operation is an all inclusive center. This was one of the most efficient medical facilities I have visited.

I drove home after the carpal tunnel surgery with no problems. The first day I took Aleve for the slight discomfort and Now, less than a week later, I have no pain, can actually sleep at night and am doing light activities. Got to appt. Early, did not get into appt. Till 1:30, 11:30 was appt. Time. Dr. Running behind, was what I was told. Dr. And staff very professional. I have experienced very little pain post op. Not sure if operation was a complete success, will have to wait at least 4 to 8 weeks. Other than the long wait, I would recommend this provider.
