I had scheduled an appointment for carpal tunnel surgery for one hand and after reviewing all the information and all the good reviews I opted to have surgery on both hands. The staff was very friendly and they answered all my questions, all done in a very professional manner. Dr Jurbala explained clearly all what I could expect during and after the procedure. I have no regrets, the procedure was virtually painless (there was some very mild pain after the anesthesia wore off, just a couple Tylenol’s made the discomfort go away). I would recommend doing this procedure with Dr Jurbala’s technique, it works and it does not leave major scars like the alternate procedures offered by other Facilities.

It was actually awful having both hands done at the same time due to the anesthetic. Couldn’t feel either was very weird, but that was my choice. Dr. Jarbala and his staff were wonderful. There was a little more discomfort after the procedure than anticipated after reading the reviews and it took a little longer to have good function of my hands than I anticipated after reading other reviews. However, the tingling resolved within a week. I would recommend taking a few days off work afterwards to heal. I have neck issues too, so numbness remains but NOT related. I would definitely recommend them and do it again. I wish I lived closer to them to help with my neck issues. Definitely recommend this and the money I paid. I would NEVER do it under work comp., too many hoops to jump through and definitely a much longer recovery if done as an endoscopic procedure. I am a nurse and know all...

Two fingers and the thumb on my dominant right hand were constantly numb, especially at night. I saw a Board Certified surgeon in my home state and learned it would be quite a difficult (for me) surgery with a fairly long healing time. I had carpal tunnel 100% in both hands for quite awhile. I was hoping to wait until I was 65 to have the surgery. I went to bed one night and could not shake off the tingling and numbness like I have in the past. I started looking on the internet for a procedure I felt comfortable with. I had the bilateral carpal tunnel surgery this passed Friday Sept. 27 2019. I have mixed views. The staff is amazing. Very nice and comforting. Especially Kim. She makes you feel very at ease and comforted which is important because everyone walking in for a procedure is nervous and anxious to some degree. The Dr was knowledgeable and it was obvious that I was in capable hands. The procedure itself was not bad at all. The initial numbing was probably the worst part and even that wasn’t more than as he explained “a lightening strike.” Then you sit while the numbing takes place. I sat about 40 minutes and believe me, I was completely numb. Kim checked on me while waiting. Then the Dr comes in to do the procedure. I felt nothing except a lot of pulling and tugging. I estimate each hand was only about 10 minutes start to finish. The Dr ran through how to care for the wounds and when to...

It has been one week..very little pain from the surgery.. no numbness..no tingling no waking up in the middle of the night crying in pain.. This is the way to go, no invasive surgery, no anesthesia, no therapy, about 2 weeks to heal time..The conventional surgery has 4 to 6 months heal time..The doctor and the staff were great explained everything and made me feel at ease.. I would definitely recommend CarpalTunnel Express and Dr. Jurbala and his staff to anyone that needs this procedure..
