Carpal Tunnel Express

This was a five star experience from the first phone call to now... about 17 days post surgery. I did both hands at the same time and my numbness went away the first day. I had gotten the runaraound for 4 1/2 months from Cleveland Clinic ; getting referred back and forth from dr to dr who simply prescribed different drugs to cover up the issue( never worked) instead of solving the problem. I loved Carpal Tunnel Express because the staff was extremely professional. They all answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable before and during my procedure. I went home and days later they followed up on my healing process. I am happy to say my experience was fabulous and my hands are healing well.

The process of the surgery took like 15 to 20 minutes per hand. I slept that night and had a dream, I have not had a dream in years because of not sleeping well. One advice I will give is too buy your Advil and Tylenol before and if you are having both hands done have a driver. It’s been now 5 days my hands are getting better each day and more energy I have from getting sleep.

My wife and I have waited about 2 months before giving an evaluation. As far as the service, once we got to the Doctor’s office it was excellent. Very clean and upscale office with very friendly staff.

The process was quick. We were out of the office by early afternoon and were home by 7pm. A far drive but worth it.

Post op instructions were followed to a T which caused no complications afterwards.

Two months later. My wife is back to work and experiencing zero issues. A little soreness but it is going away day by day. Immediately after surgery she was able to get her first good night sleep in 3 years. And this was the very night after the surgery.

I loved carpal tunnel express because it was extremely easy to set up my appointment. The Doc did my diagnosis and treatment within an hour and I was on my way back home before I knew it. Awesome staff was

In the begining I was skeptical about Carpal Tunnel Express providing me with a bi lateral carpal tunnel release. I could not find additional information about Dr. Jurbala latest procedure. I came from Miami to Lakeland and walk in on faith. That was the best decision I made. Dr. Jurbala and his entire care team were kind and very professional. I was awake during procedure and experienced only a pinch for anesthesia there was no pain. Even after the next day there was nothing but relief. I finally got the sleep I had greatly missed.
