Responded incredibly promptly to an email asking them to fix a problem with a transformer that had become detached from the mount on the side of the house. Highly recommend this company for installing and servicing outdoor lighting. I am signed up for their preventive maintenance plan, which I think makes sense to do. The weather in this part of WNC can be hard on outdoor lighting fixtures and other equipment.

Great Team, very professional

Once again, we found COL to be very responsive. We had some landscaping done that required modification to the outdoor lighting and they were there within a day and got the job done! They are there when you need them!!

Carolina Outdoor Lighting installed and has maintained our outdoor lighting for the last several years.... We are very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with them....and the end lighting result. We have currently added four additional fixtures with an upgraded smart socket transformer. Carolina Outdoor Lighting did an amazing job on the installation and also walking me through how the Smart Socket application works. We look forward to many years of enjoying our landscape lighting.

In April 2022 Carolina Outdoor Lighting installed lights around our house and patio in Black Mountain. Jason and Maja were easy to schedule, careful with the installation, gave me good advice and did an excellent job overall.

COL installed outdoor lighting at my Flat Rock home in May / June of 2024. Recently, a number of my lights quit working. Jason came out within a week to look at the system and quickly determined that a transformer and several of the lights needed to be replaced. He indicated that he will replace the parts under warranty from either his parts inventory or will order new parts as needed.
