Caring Transitions of The Villages

First I would like to say is that Pam and Ronnie are fantastic and caring individuals. If it wasn't for them I don't think I could have moved my father to the villages before the closing date on his home.

So, here is why I highly recommend using them if you have to move a loved one to an assisted/independent living community. My father lost his wife back in December. In March he sold his house and had till the middle of June to be out of his house. When I arrived to help my father move it became very apparent that he had not done much to prepare. After spending 3 days in the garage my wife recommended we hire someone to help. I didn't have time to research it. Caring transitions of The Villages just very successfully coordinated and assisted in the move of my aging parents from The Villages to NC. Not a single thing got broken, was lost , nor misplaced. Pam and Ronnie bent over backwards to exceed our expectations at every turn. The move was so seamless that my folks didn't miss a single night sleep in their own beds. They brought peace , predictability and organization to a process that was daunting, unknown and wily. Given how they moved my own parents, of course I'd recommend them to anyone else. I recently worked with Ronnie and Pam to move a friend to an assisted living facility nearby. They were wonderful! They evaluated the job, provided a quote, were on-time, professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Pam dropped by after the move to check in on everything and even helped to hang some pictures for my friend. What a great service!!! Read more >
