I’d also like to thank Ronnie for his compassion as this is a difficult time for us due to the loss of our beloved parents. I can’t say enough great things about Caring Transitions. After my dad had a small stroke last summer, we were going to move my mom and dad (ages 86 and 87) up to be near us in Franklin TN. Ronnie with Caring Transitions was recommended to us by the director of a the quality independent/assisted living location we were considering to help downsize and move from their home in The Villages, FL. I called and spoke to Pam, who was so kind and amazing, and she connected me with Ronnie, who came over and met with my parents, my husband and me. He put together a plan to help them downsize and move to TN, have an estate sale, clean the house, complete with handing over the keys to the realtor at the end of the process, based on the timing of whenever their house sold. Recently we made the very difficult decision to move my parents into an Assisted Living Facility. It’s an overwhelming process, and fortunately for us, we were referred to Caring Transitions to assist in the move. This family business had heart, and the expertise to get us through. Initially we, “thought,” we could pack it all. Brooke shared that we might want to rethink certain items. Boy oh boy was she correct.
