How did working with CRC impact how you think about yourself, how you talk about yourself, and how other people perceive you?
- CRC help reinforced my brand and value prop. Gave me the level of confidence to drive a conversation and not be overbearing. At the same time, it helps me to use my time effectively and be respectful of others' to not chase dead ends. For the sr./executive level roles, it's critical to be confident, decisive and knowing when to stop talking...
What was the biggest benefit for you in working with CRC?
- From time to time, we needed to be told that we don't always have all the answers. I needed that humbling experience from CRC to understand my opportunities and how to lean in on my strengths and resources.
Would you recommend CRC to a friend if they were in a career search? Was it worthwhile to work with CRC?
- I would highly recommend CRC even if you are not career searching. Change is the only constant in the professional world and you can't be complacent. CRC is highly objective and provided critical feedback that I needed to hear. As a result, I am more prepared and ready to take on the next dream job/challenge.
