Tammy and the CRC team helped me out in so many ways. It's hard to put it all in words but I will try my best. Her videos showed me even though I was being compensated more than adequately that I was still being underpaid as a whole, She gave plenty of knowledge for the interview process on questions I needed to ask, knowing that I was the prize in the room and not the position being offered, the due diligence to take the time to find out about the person who was giving the interview. Every stranger you meet is an opportunity to network for your future. For years I had talked to Tammy, but I was gainfully employed making more than a living wage and finally she got that switch inside me to flip where I knew it was time to take the chance on something new. I will always be grateful for the help Tammy and her team gave me and the time they took out of their schedule to talk to me. Thank you Tammy! Words will never be enough for the help you gave me. I won't become an old decrepit man from years of hard labor in the construction field. I will just be an old man with the ability to enjoy retirement.
