Wow, I am blown away at how amazing this place is. I came here not knowing what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised. Every single touch-point, from when I called to make an appointment, to checking in, to the ease the paperwork, to the cleanliness of the office, to every single person I encountered, was a perfect 10/10. Best experience I have ever had in any type of medical office. I didn't get the news I was expecting/hoping to get, but I felt so supported from start to finish. I came here to verify that I was indeed pregnant last year around the end of September. I was told before I could not have children till my body could start dropping eggs again. I remember looking for someone that would able to help me out and not charge me. I had no health insurance, no plan and absolutely terrified of what was going on. Hillary attended me and once I did the ultrasound it was game over for the rest of whatever was keeping me together. Me and my husband were told we were 25 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Man did I completely lose it. Hillary sat me down separately at first to help me see things more clearly. She gave me everything I could possibly need when it came to resources and also helped my husband see what was needed of him. I came here back in October, everyone was incredibly nice. I was so happy to meet joon, she had a huge impact on my perspective on this second pregnancy. I was seen and given resources, it was too early for a scan so I was scheduled out further. Within that wait time, my Medical became active.... I'm about 9 weeks now and I've yet to have an ultrasound , I don't have my 1st appointment until 11\27 if I went with caps I would have had my scan on the 14th. So tempted to go back for a scan! Highly recommended! I went here today feeling uneasy about my pregnancy - because let’s be honest we don’t know what symptoms are good and which ones can cause concern. I was immediately put at ease with Kim helping me with paperwork. As I went to the back I spoke with Teresa and she was truly a sweetheart - from there I was already feeling better about my situation and went from nervous to excited about my ultrasound with Renee. I’m so grateful I was able to share apart of my pregnancy with these ladies. Any questions or concerns AT ALL, GO THERE! What Can I Say About The Place Where Do I Even Begin...Well My Back Story Back In 2016 I Was Pregnant With My First Child The Father Of My Child did Not Want the Baby And So I Went to CAPS And Talked With Them To See My Options They Were So Nice And Generous And Talked To Me For An Hour About My Options I Ended Up Keeping Him And Now Hes 18Months I Thank This Place Soo Much!!! My experience was overall amazing! First of all their office looks clean and very welcoming. I was greeted by a very nice Lady Her name Was Jennifer. I was walked through everything they were going to do by Kim such a nice lady she asked how I was taking everything, If I had medical if I needed any help with applying. I have been to Planned Parenthood and I have never gotten that treatment they are only there for their paycheck and that’s about it. What I also loved about Caps is that they made an ultrasound same day :) That's a first! Usually in other places they make you wait a few weeks for one.
