When I initially searched for a pregnancy clinic in San Diego on Google there were tons listed. I felt overwhelmed by just how many listed and never mind the fact if I would even be able to be seen soon. Calling CAPS the staff I spoke to was at another location but she was so polite and made me feel like she really cared that I was seen soon. She looked at all locations schedule and was able to get me in the next day according to my dates given. I was like wow amazing. Going to the downtown location there was parking issues as you’ll have to park by meters but CAPS establishment and staff was wonderful it was well worth the appointment. Stephanie, Lauren, and the nurse made me feel so welcomed, they explained there procedures to me and was very patient with me as I was struggling initially with nausea they gave me ginger ale and gave me great education and care. I LOVE CAPS pregnancy clinic. I was going to go late to work because of my appointment and they called back to change it for an earlier time since someone cancelled. That was GREAT customer service. They even are seeing me until I am able to go to my Ob since they are booked up. I told them about my situation of being high risk and they were so understanding. They made me feel so comfortable. Definitely would recommend.
