There are many house cleaning companies out there and I'm sure most of them do a great job cleaning (California Well Done Cleaning Services is definitely one of them, excellent level of cleaning). What gets my business and a 5 star review is how I was able to book this service.
I contacted CWDCS through an online inquiry via their website. I received an email a short time later containing a quote, a detailed list of what is included in the cleaning, a list of extra services that could be done, and a link to book the service.
I also received a text offering to assist in anyway if necessary. They also provided a phone number if one preferred to talk to a human being, for some unknown reason. My whole goal was to *not* talk on the phone, so I cannot attest to the quality of that particular feature.

Great service I had the 3 month flex cleaning service with biweekly cleanings no complaints the office staff is very nice, Patricia always worked to help complete any request. Every cleaner (Sydney, Patricia, and more I forget everyone's names) was hard working and cleaned well going over and above each time. Never had any issues.

My first impression was that they had great communication from the start, I got a clear quote and schedule and the cleaner arrived on time after notifying me vis text of their anticipated arrival time. I had an accident in January and broke my back. My daughter found them on yelp. The women who do the cleaning are on time, and they provide all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. The only thing I requested was the use disposable toilet cleaning products. Thank you So Cal!!!

patricia was super polite and courteous over the phone and took time to answer all of my questions. lillia showed up to the job site on time and brought all of her own supplies. i paid a little more than i had hoped, but it was explained to me prior to the service that this was the case sometimes due to varying degrees of stain and condition of the room. you get what you pay for and it was a top notch cleaning job. thank you!
