This is our fourth Summer working with Kathy Hill. In addition to being fair in cost and including all services (she does not charge separately for laundry, her staff make the beds, etc.) she is easy to work with and we know our house will be ready for renters. I've appreciated Kathy's responsiveness and flexibility. When we have had an issue (very few) she has addressed it immediately. If we give her our schedule ahead of time she is not limiting on which day of the week she will clean, and she's stuck with us as we were getting up and running and we were inconsistent with limited rentals and shifting days. I highly recommend Calico Cleaning.

I needed quick turnaround for some post-construction cleaning after a roof leak. Kathy and her team were both easy to work with and did a fantastic job.

Best place to work and get homes cleaned

I used Calico for a year to clean our vacation rental in South Haven and never had a cleaning complaint from a guest. They also provides handyman, snow removal, and anything else you might need for a vacation rental. Highly recommend them.
